General Description
SEDEX ELS detectors offer the best and easiest way to detect poor UV-absorbers. The model 75 offers unique low temperature operation, for a greater detection range, and to insure analyte integrity and chemical stability. They can readily be incorporated as free-standing detectors into existing HPLC, Micro HPLC, SFC, GPC, CCC and high temperature GPC systems.

High Sensitivity LT-ELS Detector: Evaporative light scattering detection provides universal detection for HPLC, it is not dependant on the presence of chromophoric groups on the compound, and is therefore an extremely useful technique when the nature of the compound in the sample is not well understood. Typical applications include proteomics, combinatorial chemistry, lipids, surfactants, high-throughput screening and small molecules. SEDERE LT-ELSDs are commonly used in industrial, governmental and university research laboratories.
