Maxim UF/MF System
General Description
The Pall Maxim Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) system is a commonly used and efficient separation method for a variety of applications, including recombinant protein purification. The Maxim unit is versatile to produce small amounts of bio-molecules on the laboratory bench top or generate application data for process scale-up purposes. This system allows the researcher to clarify starting lysates, perform diafiltration and concentrate a final product in a capacity of up to 10 liters.
