Today, BlueNalu, a pioneer in “cellular aquaculture,” officially launched! By producing real seafood directly from fish cells, BlueNalu aims to provide consumers with a sustainable and ethical alternative to the traditional fishing industry.
“We are excited to bring about a new ‘wave of thinking’ – and a BlueNalu movement,” their website reads, “that will provide a responsible solution to the global demand for seafood, and the significant environmental and sustainability issues that exist today.”
