SAN DIEGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–BioSurplus announced today that it has hired Mark Abee as business development manager, North Carolina/Southeast. Mark will establish and grow relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the region, helping them to maximize the value of their laboratory equipment through services such as purchase, consignment, auction, inventory management and instrument service and repair.
A North Carolina native, Mark counts on years of experience working in sales in the biotech and pharma industries, including positions at Glaxo-Smith-Kline and Sanofi-Aventis. He has received numerous awards throughout his career, including the prestigious Aventis Sales Ring, the Nova Award, and the Southeast Spirit Award.
